Aaaaand we’re off!

I’m on the Verrazano Bridge and headed toward Brooklyn! I’ll leave out the part about how the trip here took so long that I got in my corral a minute before it closed, because transit troubles are in the past. The race has begun!

We’ve come a long way, folks, but now there’s only 26.2 miles to go!

I hope to see some of you out along the course, but if I don’t I look forward to reading your internet cheers when I finish.

Don’t forget to track me using my bib number 36432 at LiveResults.nyrr.org or by downloading the TCS Marathon App.
